ABOUT THE ARTIST
Mark Rolls was born in Birmingham, England in 1965, and emigrated with his family to Sawyers Valley, Western Australia in 1969.
Over the ensuing years Mark developed a love of the Australian outback and started painting the beauty he saw at just 12 yrs of age.
A self taught artist, mark started his long and successful career selling his works in his fathers second hand shop. Originally painting on canvas, mark graduated to crosscut saws and other farm instruments, eventually branching out to include all forms of media and print. His art encompasses works produced in ink, paint, print, pencil & water colours.
